About the project

Expected results

Among the main key performance indicators (KPI) expected in this project (apart from a wide range of tailored numerical models and scientific publications), one should highlight: the improved and updated female version of the YEAHM head model, to be called AFeHM (A Female Head Model), with variants to cover female adults of 18-65 years old, including more injury prediction capabilities, enhanced bio-fidelity and tailoring possibilities; the FeToNeM (Female Torso and Neck Model) that will be linked to the AFeHM and YEAHM for more realistic accident reconstructions; guides for good practices in sports, driving, courts, etc. and a number of specific software toolboxes to be freely used by MDs, engineers, forensic experts, designers and other specialized users.
